Keycafe has been a awesome asset

The organization that I work for uses Keycafe to keep the keys to our fleet safe and secure at all times that they are not in use. It also helps us keep track of when the keys are checked out. Our Keycafe also stores our production gas card so that we also have tracking of whom has checked out our gas card. The facilities where we are located have several keys to important rooms and suites around our building, so our Keycafe also houses those keys. It is a nice way to set a booking for vendors to check out the key from our Keycafe if there is a site visit scheduled and management isn't around to get them the key they may need for their site visit. Keycafe has helped cut down costs of employees searching for the keys or gas card on the daily. It also has helped cut down costs of re-keying vehicles or having issues with lock outs. Keycafe has been a great benefit for our company and we just absolutely love the system!
