Overall Satisfaction with Knotch

Notch is used for multiple reasons, but the main goal is to measure the effectiveness of content produced on the website. This is measured by the ability of looking a scroll depth, engagement on content, time spent on site, but also with specific questions that can be asked to the user.

If the intent is to measure effectiveness of specific content on the hub, with the ability to ask directly the question to those who come to the site, then this is a very powerful tool.
