Compliance Plus gives us training modules that address non-security training needs including hostile work place, bloodborne pathogens and safe driving for our fleet drivers.
- Automate training invitations
- Track training progress
- Visibility for supervisors and management
- More variety in offerings on a topic
- Routine training is accomplished without a great deal of administrative burden
- Even during HR turnover, training continues for staff
Compliance Plus has been most useful for meeting workplace harassment training requirements.
It is much better to have security and compliance training on one pane of glass. Training offerings come from so many different sources, but having one less place to look saves time and reduces error.
Considering that KnowBe4 is addressing a wide and generic audience, the training content quality is very good. Rarely does it dive into products or subject matter that don't apply. On the flip-side, it would be helpful at times to have more specific training on a technology that is somewhat unique to our environment.
