Compliance Plus is an add-on training library to the KnowBe4 platform and it can be used with the same campaign and automation features that KnowBe4 offers for security awareness training. KnowBe4 Compliance Plus, the industry Standard
We were utilizing another training solution that was not a good value or fun training solution for us. We chose to go with KnowBe4 Compliance Plus because of it allowed us to cover all of compliance training needs for HIPAA, SOC, ISO and other Federal and state required trainings. The platform was a good value and easy to use for the end user so it was an easy win for the team.

It works!
Our HR Department is using the diverse library content to assign training on users on topics such as sexual harassment, diversity and inclusion, discrimination and business ethics. They are building the knowledge and awareness of the users and also to comply with regulatory laws, protect themselves from the unprofessional and unsafe work environments, and safeguard our organization’s reputation.

Game changing learning console. Best in class for sure.
Like many organizations, we used to have an annual 3 hour refresher on cyber security. Not only did our employees dread it, all it accomplished was ticking a box. When we chose KnowBe4, and went through our initial phishing assessment, it really demonstrated how vulnerable we were. We now offer training every other month for 15-20 minutes. The content is fresh, and interesting. Especially the storyline videos we have learned to love.

We use compliance plus for a number of required trainings throughout the District. Our main focus is on cyber security, however we have also utilized a number of HR related trainings as well. Those include Blood Borne Pathogens, Sexual Harassment, Ergonomics, Active Shooter/Intruder, among others.

KnowBe4 Compliance Plus was able to resolve the problem of getting current and information training content to be used for remediation of security controls relating to cybersecurity awareness and also ensuring effective tracking as required for documentation purpose.

We use KnowBe4 Compliance Plus for all of our compliance training in the org (harassment, CCPA, etc). We have those assigned quarterly or annually based on the compliance requirements.
We were able to replace other compliance trainings and consolidate all training, including security training into the KnowBe4 Compliance Plus platform. This resulted in a reduction in complexity for administration and also one central platform for end-users to keep the training consistent.

We use KnowBe4 Compliance plus for HR related trainings like Ethics, Compliance, and Harassment training. It allows us to easily train all of our employees on these important subjects. We're able to easily track completion status and ensure that all of our employees have completed the training. The training campaigns are very easy to set up and monitor. The training modules are very well done and easy to understand and complete. Many have quizzes to verify our employees understand the material. I strongly recommend KnowBe4's Compliance Plus.

Great for compliance tracking, HR requirements, SOC2
In order to for our company to be SOC2 compliant, we need to know and prove our employees have been trained in certain areas. KnowBe4 allows us to complete (and track) those aspects for SOC2 compliance. We are able to pick which trainings we need, initiate them, then control and track those required trainings.

KnowBe4 = Exactly what we were looking for
As part of the process of becoming certified as GDPR compliant, LearnQuest has has to implement several end-user awareness training modules for all employees to take. Part of the audit procedure is to show a log of what was taken, when, and by whom, to show a record of awareness training completeness. The KnowBe4 interface, reporting, and content has been amazingly easy to use and excellent for our needs. The options for content type, length, language, and style made it very palatable to our user-base, as well as fairly easy for the admins to setup, track, remind, report, etc..

As it pertains to the Information Technology realm of things, we currently use compliance plus for all required trainings from PCI to HR sexual harassment trainings.

We use the Compliance Plus section in KnowBe4 as a way to maximize and diversify our trainings. We have a separate Learning management system (LMS) which I can download KnowBe4 Compliance Plus trainings and upload into my LMS.

Compliance training with a global flair
We use the Compliance Plus modules in KnowBe4 for some of our annual training requirements - Code of Conduct, Privacy, Anti-Bribery, and Harassment, to name a few.
They are specific enough but general to apply to our company and policies. The biggest issue with most provided training is when they are 95% good with that 5% which goes against your policies - this does not happen with most of the Compliance Plus content we need.

Compliance Plus provides us an easy way to deploy and track compliance related training to our large workforce. We have utilized the Anti-Bribery, Anti-Corruption, Sexual Harassment, Diversity & Inclusivity, and Operational Technology training campaigns. This is so much easier than having to source this training from several different platforms and tracking progress through several different vendors.
