Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 PhishER
KnowBe4 PhishER feature is a good tool because it puts a lot of automation into the process to where it saves us time. With our previous product, it was very manual and time consuming. KnowBe4 PhishER lets us create rules and can automate tasks that save us time. The PhishRIP function is great because it can proactively go back and remove emails from ones already delivered to inboxes.

I am not an expert on how exactly KnowBe4 PhishER functions in background but their tools seem to function as expected at identifying threats correctly. This automation will save us much time in the future as we do not have to go in and look at all submitted emails manually. This is/was very time consuming and tedious.
So far we are only enabling PhishRIP but plan to do all the others in the future.
Once again, this save us lot of time and resources.
