Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 PhishER/PhishER Plus

We have the full suite of KnowBe4 offerings. This piece is the most often used. It's great for security and it supplements the training by giving feedback to end users. Combined with the PhishRip capabilities, it's a huge assist in keeping our organization safe from Phishing and other malicious emails.

In most cases, I do not have to do a single thing. I check the dashboard regularly, but it's not necessary for me or my team. I just like seeing the results and look for trends.
We use the PhishRip several times a day. Most often, it is without interaction.
From time to time, we use the PhishFlip to enhance our simulations.
Saves time and money. Also, helps to keep our security posture strong.
There was a very slight learning curve, but KnowBe4 has outstanding support.

One user got a Phish attempt, submitted it via the PAB, it was automatically detected as a Phishing attempt. PhishRip pulled the same email from 8 other mailboxes, all without my doing anything! It allows for a smaller IT Team and is quite effective. The product effectively is paying for itself.
