Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 PhishER/PhishER Plus

We encourage staff to report suspicious emails using the PAB and then PhishER to classify the emails. We automate some of it as I am a department of one, but any emails that are unclassified I review and then resolve. I feel the product has helped to address the business problem of a poor security culture by encouraging staff to think about their emails and report them when unsure. We could use PishER more thoroughly, but as mentioned, being a department of one I just have not had the time to dedicate to it.

By empowering staff to review and submit suspicious emails it creates a culture of security and reduces our risk of successful attacks saving the organization time and money in lost business days.
We have not used these capabilities of the platform yet due to a lack of available time on my part.

It is very intuitive to use and set up, but there are a few things in which documentation could clarify better.
None of the other security awareness applications we used or considered offered a similar product to PhishER or their overall security awareness application was so subpar that we didn't even consider if they had an option similar to PhishER.
