What is Abnormal Security?
Abnormal Security, headquartered in San Francisco, offers a secure email gateway to that protects Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace accounts with AI threat detection. The solution is designed to prevent phishing and scams, high-level account impersonation, or supply chain attacks (i.e. invoice fraud).
The solution uses AI to identify, disable, and remediate compromised accounts, as well as prevent authentication (MFA) bypass attempts, and initiate bulk remediation. The solution integrates with commonly used SIEM and SOAR platforms to initiate incident response if required.
The solution's Abuse Mailbox monitors for phishing emails reported by employees, groups them into campaigns, and filters out incorrectly reported emails (safe emails) to help security teams respond to real attacks faster.
