Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 PhishER/PhishER Plus
Use daily. The automated process is very helpful as well as when things look like a threat allows us to then dig deeper in to the sender across our domains. Analytics and history are also helpful in finding an email in or out of our domain that has become an issue.

Being a very small team of 2 for 500 users has save an immense amount of time.
We have used all features. Flip is nice for changing up training. Rip is very nice in the event of multiple users from the same sender allows removal without the need for contact.
Only tool that has features like rip and flip
