Overall Satisfaction with Kofax Power PDF

I needed something that allowed the ability to constantly edit PDF and a product that I trust to redact documents that are private and confidential.

We receive a lot of personal tax documents and other sensitive information so making sure information is secure is very important.

They also have a MAC version
  • Redaction
  • MAC OS functionality
  • Export options
  • Software takes getting used to
  • Have to pay for an OS and PC sub
  • Way too much discounting
  • Time savings
  • Cost savings
  • Security
easy to use, although I believe there are more options as advanced users.

Adobe Acrobat, Cisco 1000 Series Integrated Services Routers (ISR 1000), Built for Teams, Teamable
Security and redaction.
This is just the all around best solution as it’s a good price and fairly easy to use. There are many competitors but power pdf allows you to buy it once and not pay a subscription. I would recommend to anyone in the market vs other non sub options. A mobile app would be great.
