Overall Satisfaction with Kofax Power PDF
Although purchased for other reasons, I have found this to be a great tool for editing documents which come over by fax. You know, you email a document to someone, they send it back by fax, the top of the paper now has fax source information, page numbers, etc. etc. It just looks bad. We received our faxed electronically, and it takes just seconds to redact that information off of the top of the page. Its so quick and easy.
- Delete information which doesn't need to be on there (hand written notes)
- Recognize words so you don't have to read it all
- It took me a while to find the redaction method
- Saves time
- Saves money
A little more tough than "user friendly" until you use it consistently. THEN it is user friendly. Things just are not where I expected them to be based on my use with other programs. But I am much more comfortable with it now.
