Overall Satisfaction with Kofax Power PDF
I'm in the legal profession and I used Kofax Power PDF on a daily basis. Bates numbering, rotating pages, joining multiple PFDs into 1 single file, etc. It is the most efficient and easy to use. Have used it for several year now and will keep using it in the future. It has a great tool for making PDFs searchable. Completely indispensable. GREAT. Also, no subscription.
- Bates stamping, rotating pages, combining pdfs into one file, converting PDFS to searchable documents, rearranging pages, and converting to WORD or EXCEL among others.
- Lower the price ;), maintain the size of the window at startup as previous files, and improve the conversion of spanish (special characters as ~, ', etc.
- It has saved me countless hours of document review and organization. That alone represents an excellent return on investment, plus the fact that there is no monthly fees or subscription helps me maintain lower rates to my customers.
Since day 1 the functionality of Power PDF has been intuitive and easy. All tools, tabs and functions are where you expect them to be.
