Overall Satisfaction with Kofax Power PDF (formerly Nuance)

I use it for all my pdf files, to convert pdf files to Word or Excel, to combine PDF files into one document, extract pages from a pdf for individual use, etc.
  • Combines multiple pdf files into one document.
  • Ease of use.
  • Integrates well with Microsoft Office products.
  • Easier ways to edit the files with different fonts, etc.
  • More edit functionality.
  • Converting from pdf to an Excel document doesn't always work well, while I know this is a lot dependent on the original document, there are times it doesn't seem to work well.
  • Time savings for me as I am busy and often don't have the time or not in a place to scan documents in to get pdf versions.
  • Being able to type instructions on a pdf document for training purposes saves time.
For the most part it is easy to use. Sometimes the editing features takes more time to figure out.
When I first started using Nuance Power PDF, the version of Adobe didn't have the capability to convert files and that was needed in my line of work.
I really haven't had to use support.
