Overall Satisfaction with Kofax Power PDF (formerly Nuance)
My boss started with it, when my new PC was not compatible with the other PDF brand, he recommended I check out Kofax, I admit being a creature of habit I was unsure, well I went with Kofax because of the pricing, and I love it, it did everything I needed and more, and easy to learn.
- Converting document so type is easily able to be copied.
- Making multiple pdfs into one.
- Utilizing the tabs.
- pick shortcuts to keep at the top
- sometimes the edit button is hard to move and use (cursor)
- cost savings
Very easy to use, jumped right in to be able to use it.
It's better, easy to use, great menus.

Being able to copy and past from a pdf, making Word documents into pdfs.
Using Kofax Power PDF (formerly Nuance)
3 - Our team here does - Scanning of incoming documents from our clients, funding sources, and advisors, we are responsible for scanning legal documents including estate planning and related matter for new and previous legal documents, editing pdfs for legal matters, combining separate documents into a package and various other duties.
We don't have a support team that supports Kofax, but it's really not needed, its extremely easy to use and very user friendly.
