Overall Satisfaction with Kofax Power PDF (formerly Nuance)

I have a small organization. All our desktops and laptops utilize Kofax Power PDF. It allows us to open and work with PDF formatted files.
  • Conversion to Word, Excel.
  • Scanning.
  • Editing and creating forms.
  • Digital signatures.
  • Visual appeal - GUI interface.
  • More editing options.
  • Cost savings.
  • Digital signatures is time savings.
  • Works with multiple scanning formats.
My experience is that it has always been easy to use. The ribbon is so similar to Word, Excel that you already know where to look to find certain features.
Kofax is more cost effective. For the price of 1 Adobe license I can get 2 or sometimes up to 4 licenses of Kofax. Look for sales. Adobe never goes on sale.
I never had to call support.
