Overall Satisfaction with Kofax Power PDF (formerly Nuance)
I use Kofax Power PDF to create fill in form, watermark tax forms, collate documents.I was able to easily create a personalized watermark for tax returns. I also use it a lot to remove unnecessary pages from pdf files.
- Rearrange pages in a document into a preferred order.
- Create fill in forms with calculated fields.
- Saves me a tremendous amount of time in scanning and dealing with the documents I use as a tax preparer.
- Some documents that I send off require signatures and I can add a digital signature (non- KBA compliant) to any document I need to.
While there is still a lot that I don't know how to do (haven't needed it), when I have needed to do something like create a calculating fill in form when I didn't know how, I was able to start it using the forms wizard and create a great form.
I was previously a die hard Adobe Acrobat Pro user. I received Nuance when I bought my Fujitsu Scan Snap ix1500. I found it very easy to use and when Nuance became Kofax and an upgrade was available, I purchased it right away and have been very pleased with it. Incredibly easy to use.
