Overall Satisfaction with Kofax Power PDF (formerly Nuance)
Being a small not-for-profit we only have a small team, but everyone that uses a computer has Kofax Advanced. It covers so many bases and it is so helpful in managing all my PDF needs. I didn't realise how much I needed it until after I got it, now I don't think that I could work without it.
- I can convert to PDF while in Word.
- Editing PDFs.
- Easily viewing PDFs received by email.
- Collating PDFs.
- The previewer does not work in Outlook when I'm using my second monitor.
- Converting to Word file does not always get the correct formatting.
- Time saving.
I have never had to look up how to do anything, it is easy enough to use that I can figure it out with a little bit of searching.
