Overall Satisfaction with Kofax Power PDF (formerly Nuance)

We use this program as our primary PDF reader and continue to add as we bring on more new hires. Our teams enjoy the ease of importing PDFs into one document and making adjustments as needed. This helps address multiple clicks on other programs to get the same result this program can do with fewer clicks.
  • Conversions to Microsoft products.
  • Quick for adding in signatures as needed.
  • Quick editing features.
  • Making the load up of the program quicker.
  • An easier way to create signatures. Creating a slower mouse when doing the signature.
  • Clarifying signature options.
  • Time savings.
  • Better workflow.
  • Hard to move a license onto a new device (if a computer is upgraded).
This is a free version I have used before. A reader is a reader so it is comparing apples to apples. I cannot comment on their paid version in comparison.
I have not needed to utilize support but everything I have heard has been good.

This would be good in all settings. For our company, it is exactly what we need for a majority of our employees, and for some, it is overkill as they will not use any of the features. If working with contracts and merging multiple documents, this is great. If for a pdf reader only, I am sure there are other free options out there.
