Overall Satisfaction with Kofax Power PDF (formerly Nuance)
Kofax Power PDF is the standard of excellence. I use this program daily and it saves me time, which is the goal of using the best products. I can easily convert my Docx files, edit my files, make notes, and utilize the program in many other ways. Kofax provides a great product and is budget conscience. I strongly recommend Kofax Power PDF. PDF format is the only standard form used throughout the business world and Kofax delivers the easiest program I have used.

Kofax PDF has a simple format that allows any novice to go right to work. I doubt I have used all the tools offered in this program because as time goes on I find more and more to use.
Nuance was recommended to me years ago and since then I have never tried any other PDF program. Besides Kofax, I use Microsoft Word. These two programs are all I need to run my business. They both have quality designs and professional-looking documents.

I use the edit feature the most. I also get a lot of use out of the page assembly, which helps move pages around. Additionally, I use the combine files tool to help put my documents in the right order. I love the comment tool so as to send out my drafts for review.
