Overall Satisfaction with Kofax Power PDF (formerly Nuance)

Kofax is simple to use and has all the functionality we need. Training can be accomplished with a simple walkthrough which takes only a few minutes.

Pros

  • eSignatures
  • Locking PDF for transmission.
  • Built in dictionary is very handy to store industry terminology.

Cons

  • Boarder formats for document conversion.
  • Improve OCR format management.
  • Improve E-Signature work flow to guide people though it that don't use all the time.
  • It is simple enough that staff can actively use in a few and can self-learn as their needs to expand to more of its functionality.
Yes, it is very easy to use and has improved with each new version.
Only needed help once and it was a quick call.
