When I have sought support I have not had any success with the team. The only resource is the online help guide. Individual support is non-existent

It works well in converting documents from PDF to Word and jpg to pdf The upgraded product does not interface well with Microsoft One Drive. It requests the One Drive associated email and then crashes the program
