Overall Satisfaction with Kofax Power PDF (formerly Nuance Power PDF)

I am the only user currently using this product with Lininger Mortgage and I use it for assembling multiple PDFs, easily naming and converting mixed file types, and modifying single PDFs by making them fillable, highlighted, or redacted.
  • Easily name PDFs.
  • Easily create PDFs.
  • Easily send fillable PDFs.
  • Easily assemble PDFs.
  • Easily convert PDFs.
  • Easily mark PDFs.
  • Convert video file types.
  • Convert music file types.
  • Simplify transferring a page from one PDF to another.
  • Massive time savings with converting images to PDFs.
  • Massive time savings with assembling multiple PDFs into one.
  • Massive cost savings from the time saved from the two above examples.
Experience has been 9/10, it would be 10/10 if it had enhanced image functionality including cropping, coloring, and designing. So far I have benefited the most by the time and money savings with converting image files to PDF very easily and quickly. Also the convenience of quickly and easily being able to mark PDFs and assemble multiple PDFs into one.
Would have been 10/10 if the ability to access purchased license keys was easier and not time stamped for when to use them.

Converting images, assembling multiple PDFs to one, and marking PDFs with redaction and highlighting.
Best suited in applications involve converting images to PDFs. Other good uses are assembling PDFs, sending fillable PDFs, and marking PDFs. Not as useful in applications for image creation such as another tool like Photoshop would be better suited. Perhaps Power PDF could incorporate more useful functionality for images including cropping, 3D design, and color matching from databases like Pantone.
