Overall Satisfaction with Kount
Kount powers Sertifi Advanced Fraud Tools in an effort to give our customers guidance on the potential risks they are incurring when receiving a credit card through our PCI compliant software. This incredible guidance and insight allows our customers to evaluate the risk and safety of transactions in an effort to prevent bad actors from accessing their services without potentially paying and deterring chargebacks. It is like they now have their own personal TSA agents like at the airport to review any transaction that leads to an alarm for their business.
- Support--Always available to hop on a call and walk through the UI
- Guidance--Always aim to have the key people that can lend their expertise
- Advancements--Always sharing how we can use the system to evolve the solution further for our customers.
- It's a lot of data to digest (not a bad thing!), so any way they can break it up into more concise/digestible bits, I would personally find beneficial.
