Overall Satisfaction with Lead Liaison
Heartland uses a variety of lead sources to provide outbound call campaigns for our financial technology platforms. We automate our solutions, generate lead capture, and real-time lead tracking as well as qualify the leads before providing them to our sales force. Our team enjoys the cleanliness of the sources that we provide and it has provided us with better "up front" qualifications so our team focuses more on closing deals.

Cons
- ROI reporting is lacking to some degree.
- We get too many feature updates but it doesn't appear to contain anything useful.
- Not integration friendly.
- Cleaner lead generation, less time "hunting" and more time "closing".
- Great customer support during implementation.
- Not integration-friendly had to have Salesforce modifications implemented to connect.
I am not aware of any additional products that were researched or evaluated prior to making the decision to utilize Lead Liaison. From what I understand the individual that was ultimately responsible for choosing to go with Lead Liaison had previously used the product in the past with very good results. We did do beta testing with a small control group with great reviews.
