Overall Satisfaction with Lessonly

MediCopy currently uses Lessonly across our entire organization. We use it as an information hub for employees to reference, as on on-boarding training tool, and for continuing education for all employees. We are currently in an explosive growth period as a company, and Lessonly has helped to formalize the on-boarding training process and make sure all employees have access to the most up-to-date information on policies and procedures. Lessonly has really helped to maintain our culture throughout this explosive growth period.

Pros

  • Lessonly allows users to personalize the theme to company logo and colors. This helps to keep consistency in all our systems.
  • Lessonly allows Admins to create content from scratch, so there are very few limitations on what can be created.
  • Lessonly's customer experience team is extremely helpful and makes sure to be available to answer any and all questions quickly.
  • Lessonly takes pride in user involvement, they have regular events in our area that allow us to network with other users and gain additional knowledge on the system.

Cons

  • There are some small limitations in the content creation process that can be addressed.
  • We have seen a decrease in turnover rate
  • We have seen a significant increase in the quality and effectiveness of our on-boarding training with new hires
  • We have seen a significant increase in learner/employee information retention/knowledge.
Customer service at Lessonly is exceptional. Any issues or questions I have had have always been addressed professionally and quickly. Even when I have had negative feedback on aspects of the system, they have taken it as an opportunity to learn and grow as a service.
I have not seen the need to look at other products since we have partnered with Lessonly.
Lessonly is easily adapted to any organization or scenario. I do not see there being any situation where a company would not be able to benefit from partnering with Lessonly.

146 - Employees at all levels at MediCopy use Lessonly.
2 - The senior members of the Training and Development department are Lessonly Admins and content creators. These individuals are Subject Matter Experts on all aspects of MediCopy Polices and Procedures.
