Our research department uses it to find the best candidates for our technology research projects. It allows me to organize the people I am reviewing and classify them into groups for research projects.
- Organize people for different projects.
- Message them and keep track of who I have contacted, who I am rejecting, and how I want to continue with.
- The search capabilities are excellent.
- Some of the search capabilities are not as good as Sales Navigator, I wish they were better.
- I still have not gotten fully trusting for recommended matches, but I appreciate they are working to improve the tool.
- LinkedIn Recruiter has had a great impact on our business, as the main search tool I use to find the right people to talk to.
