Overall Satisfaction with Linkedin Recruiter
No platform is perfect however, LinkedIn Recruiter is, in my processional opinion, the best tool available for the recruitment of skilled, professional, technical roles. It is easy to use, intuitive, has terrific search features, allows for confidential searches and puts the criteria of the need in the hands of the recruiter - it is what you decide it should be.
- Searching capability.
- Ease of use.
- Ability to adjust search and narrow.
- Can be exclusionary.
- No real ability to search truly diverse candidates.
- Not sufficient training on the tool.
- Good ROI.
- Can increase bias.
- Easy to communicate within tool with candidates and others on my team.
- CareerBuilder Applicant Tracking (formerly Luceo)
No comparison - it is the best when recruiting high caliber talent. There is still room for niche roles (i.e., Dice) but this tool is critical.
