Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Linode is the reliable backbone of our infrastructure. Their platform has always been progressive in every way. Their support staff is responsive and helpful. Haven't considered moving a thing off Linode.

Alternatives Considered

We've used them all - AWS, Digital Ocean, Google, Vultr, and Hetzner and we've ditched all in favor of Linode only.

Support Rating

I've never had an issue with Linode's support staff.

Without a doubt Linode is a fantastic, well rounded, feature rich solution no matter what your needs are. Our main use for Linode is definitely in the compute category and our ability to move servers from shared resources to dedicated CPU or high memory instances is one of the best experiences we've had with all server providers. We also utilize the Linode API and have found it to be a very enjoyable experience. Long story short, no matter your need, if Linode offers the service you can be assured it is a well-thought-out reliable solution.
