Overall Satisfaction with Linode
Used for both own company web sites and for meeting clients needs supporting web their presence. Very easy and quick to deploy with many out-of-the-box options for deploying operating systems and fully configured packages. Appears to be very secure and very reliable. Much simpler to use than bigger named competitors.

- Larger disks on standard Linodes for media heavy, low processing environments.

Simpler to use, predicable cost model. Seems to be more personal.
Lower costs that AWS and Digital Oceans and lower support costs internally.
100% uptime. If we have been affected by a maintenance window, I have not spotted it.
