Overall Satisfaction with Linode

Our organization uses Linode to host a collaboration and file sharing platform. By using Compute, Object Storage and Block Storage we achieve a great deal of cost and performance.
  • Support.
  • Price.
  • Stability.
  • Data center location (South America would be preferred).
  • There were no direct impacts on using Linode vs any other provider.
Linode has a very competitive price.
Every time I needed support it was fast and efficient.
We save over 50% by using Linode instead of AWS.
As a running business we cannot accept any kind of downtime during business hours, as it stops our operations.
The only reason why I wouldn't recommend Linode to colleagues is the current exchange rate which makes paying for products in USD extremely expensive in Brazil.
