Overall Satisfaction with Linode

The card that was being used on the account was actually stolen a bit ago. When we reported it to the bank and went through the fraudulent charges with the bank teller, I guess we may have accidentally disputed ONLY 2-monthly charges from Linode out of my last 3 YEARS with the company. Instead of reaching out they instantly disabled services and are making me supply documents that are totally unscary for my situation. Not only that, but they keep saying they email me but their own system says it is having issues emailing me to notify me of tickets. Secondly, when I do email them back by replying directly to the ticket email, it just bounces back more than half of the time. All this for $40 out of the hundreds almost thousands I have spent with the company.
