Linode has enabled us administer and analyze data in a very reliable manner. This tool has the capability to control all the networking systems in the whole organization ensuring that all operational applications collaborate effectively for the betterment of the company. It is also very cost effective and its functions and capabilities are easily customizable based on the load and requirements. Our organization uses Linode to ensure there is an effective cloud computing infrastructure and use it to host our websites. It has the ability to scale resources depending on the organizational need at the given time .

Scalability; ease to reduce and expand server with less effort.

Customer support is very responsive

Cons

Lack of presence and availability in different locations.
Another area of improvement is it needs support for multiple operating system.
Apart from the above there is nothing else .

Its high performance and capacity has been able to help us realize an upward scale in achievement of our objectives.
Reduced need to have multiple hosting providers thus increases efficiency by hosting in one place
Very consistent and reliable performance.

Support Rating

Linode support team is great for it is very supportive and responsive thus living according to their mantra of 24/7/365.The team has the knowledge to fix all types of server-related issues. There is a time our engineers had some challenges and the support team came in through for us. The team always gives prior communication during maintainance on the Linode side.

Linode is very cost effective tool compared to other tools as it is also able to setup custom tech stacks for instance spin-up VMS unlike Amazon Web Services, Oracle Cloud etc. This tool server is very solid and fast, it rarely goes down or has any issues in regard to performance. Linode has a highly-secured, reliable and easy to deploy servers suitable for organizations that are data sensitive.
