Overall Satisfaction with Liquid-Web
We use Liquidweb to host our website and our clients' websites, as we are a web design+ web hosting company from Argentina. We have dedicated servers with them and resell our services with web hosting included. We offer web design "from zero", sites with prebuild scripts like Wordpress, Moodle, etc. We also have our own build email marketing system that our clients use to send email marketing campaigns using their own websites and emails are sent with little chance of being tagged as spam.
Pros
- Fast ticket replies.
- Clear and detailed billing.
- Live chat.
Cons
- The tutorial area is excellent, but perhaps they could add video tutorial.
- Chat conversations should be added automatically to the client portal.
- If you live in another country (they are in the USA) just take care that the prices are in US dollars. The only negative impact is my country devaluation from my currency against the dollar.
In the last 20 years I used, between 5 and 10 hosting companies from Argentina, Canada, and USA. The best is Liquidweb. What I love from them is their support. I always know that I can send a ticket and in a short time (sometimes just minutes) I will have a reply. If I need something really urgent the chat support is very useful. What I love is that they really take care of the client´s problems.
