Overall Satisfaction with LocaliQ

We have used LocaliQ for years and our Account Rep Scott Davis is superb. He is so attentive to our account and makes every effort to make the changes we need and to stay on top of all our marketing needs. Our business has grown as a result of using Scott at LocaliQ. We are very pleased.

Pros

  • Answers our questions immediatly
  • Finds ways to improve our marketing efforts every month
  • Very responsive when problems come up.
  • Interested in our businesses marketing goals.

Cons

  • I don't like the billing structure
  • I don't have hard numbers but our online customer sign ups increase each year.
  • Our Google ad for residential is 13.77 CTR our Dumpster rental CTR is 8.85 in 2024. They are great and keep increasing.
They have grown with us as a company. They handle every need that we have.
Dashboard it easy to use and helps me get valuable information I need to make marketing decisions.
