Charts are detailed and easy to create on the client side
Reports are interactive and easily embedded into our site
Also, a nice tool to use for internal purposes

Export to PDF takes too long
Export to excel is always an issue for clients

Return on Investment

Dashboard has been a great addition for our clients.
Exporting has been a huge complaint with all clients

Likelihood to Recommend

It's great for a customizable dashboard and drilling down to the actual data. Not very good at exporting reports.
