Review of Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite
Overall Satisfaction with Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite provides a comprehensive tool for us to tackle all of our internal and external interactions with a visual display that helps to chart toward a common goal. Internal discussions, with the use of Lucid, provides a collaborative dimension toward the discussion that a powerpoint or pen & paper just don't do any justice toward. Working with our external constituents in Lucid, provides a visual display that goes beyond corporate meetings, and maps the intention of a solution for their business use case(s) we are working collaboratively to solve for. It is really a game changer in the industry and type of work we provide.
Pros
- Collaboration
- Visual Display
- Diagramming
Cons
- Continuing to be innovative
- Continuing to hear from the customers
- Continuing to provide resources to learn more about the tool
- Without Lucid, our work would be incredibly difficult.
The integrations between Lucidchart and other leading applications is critical. Many of our clients and external constituents have other applications, so it is key for us to have the ability to develop in Lucidchart and integrate with the tools they might have within their respective organizations.
The performance of Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite carries an incredible level of quality and reliability. There is not a single moment in time, ever, where the tool was doubted in its use or functionality. In collaboration, from an external and internal perspective, this has never failed us in any of the processes we need to go through in order to be successful.
