Overall Satisfaction with Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is easy-to-use, but I also benefitted from some of the training videos and a 1-on-1 meeting with our Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite representative, who was able to show me additional tools and quick/easy ways to implement new features I didn't know about initially. I have been able to take this information to apply to various new projects!
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite has helped my team to create visual working boards that we can all contribute to at the same time. It has been really helpful for us when creating roadmaps of projects that have many different contingencies. It helps us to organize, color-code and sort our thoughts to put everything together in a clear sequence!

Pros

  • Clear, easy-to-use graphics that can be applied to any template.
  • Zoom in/out features that let you quickly scan the entire board.
  • Multiple methods of engagement (posting sticky notes, adding comments, highlighting).

Cons

  • It could be helpful to have a "simple" mode and an "advanced" mode- sometimes all of the tools and features can be overwhelming!
  • Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite allows us to collaborate and create an actual external-facing product simultaneously.
  • Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite allows us to use graphics and tools to represent thinking and action items, versus taking more time to type everything out into words.
Our organization also uses both Google and Salesforce, which makes Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite a helpful tool for us to integrate existing documents and resources within the platform. As a fully remote company, having access to these tools allows us to work efficiently and effectively while all in different spaces.
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite has been an incredible tool for our remote organization to use when working in real-time. Having 25+ working on one document can be overwhelming, but the different features (sticky notes, dots, commenting, etc.) allow us all to contribute without taking away from the content we are working on.
They were very helpful in my 1-on-1 session in walking me through basic features and helping me brainstorm ways I can use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite in my new role.

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is a great tool to use when creating visual representations of projects and work! There are many features that allow group members to collaborate and work together to make revisions and additions. There are many pre-existing templates and graphics that can be easily implemented to create efficient flow charts and other resources.
