Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart
Lucidchart helps us make flowcharts, organizational charts, website maps, and other diagrams for internal use. The variety of shapes and options available make our materials look professional and help us present information clearly and efficiently. I believe buy-in has increased since we've used these in presentations and proposals.
- Wide variety of shapes and options give you a lot of flexibility beyond the standard flow chart.
- GUI is easy to use and loads/edits fast.
- I like that you can share links to dynamic versions of charts, so that others can see changes without having to send a new version.
- I would like more personalizable options for user controls - e.g. what clicks, keys, and scrolling does in different contexts.
- I believe we've had more internal buy-in when using Lucidchart, to better explain how processes work.
