Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart
We've found Lucidchart to be an extremely valuable tool. I can [envision] it being useful in all sorts of areas and it's allowed us to use flowcharts to plan out the structure for our websites and the content to go within and collaborate with various departments. It's particularly been useful when working remotely or in separate offices. We intend to also use it when it comes to mind mapping ideas and concepts for future campaigns. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Lucidchart.
- Clear and easy to understand - can easily zoom in or click certain sections for adding information
- Great for collaboration - you can see the other user's mouse if they are working on the same sheet
- Personalized - you can easily add additional sections/notes within the flowcharts
- Adding images could be a useful feature if not already implemented
- Exporting as a PDF or print easily
- Time saved - not having to hand write certain structures, or design on Illustrator
- Collaboration - more than one user on the sheet and can see each other, and share charts easily
- Efficient design - can see the charts at a glance, but also can add further notes to drill down on
So far, we have only really used Lucidchart as a stand alone product, however mind maps were shared easily via Microsoft Outlook

Yes
Did implementation of Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite go as expected?
Yes
Would you buy Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite again?
Yes
I've only used Microsoft Word and Adobe Illustrator to design similar flow charts / mind maps. Lucidchart is far superior as it saves time being able to put flow charts together quickly, allows collaboration between teams (teams do not require design or technical skills to use or view) and is easy to use.
