Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

I gave it this rating because Lucidchart is very easy and straightforward to use. This is great because it means you can literally get straight into your planning without having to spend too much time on getting used to the software. Whilst it is simple, it also retains a highly professional layout along with a vast array of features that are adaptive to any style of business.
I currently use Lucidchart when planning for projects that my company partakes in. Select team members use it for project management and planning. It enables us to plan and draw out ideas that we have for a customers IT setup. Lucidchart is easy to use and gives you everything that you need, along with being both highly adaptive and versatile.

My company works with Slack for communication, so it was great that Lucidchart worked with Slack when it came to collaboration. Once again this saved myself and many others time when it came to using this feature. Both Slack and Lucidcharts have great apps which is very useful when you are onsite and you need to modify or change certain plans.
The support for Lucidchart is fantastic and easy to use. I have given it 10 because it is a very important feature that is simple to access when you are either at your desk in an office or when you are onsite. Hence it saves a lot of time when you need support meaning that productivity doesn't suffer.

Lucidchart has been well suited to a recent project that I have currently been working on. It has enabled me to not only plan a businesses' IT system but it has given me the option to integrate other ideas from my colleagues through the collaboration/access feature. The detailed but simple to use features have made the plan much more easy to refer back to if there are any problems or query's onsite.
