Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

It is easy enough to start up if someone has experience on Office Excel, Visio or other related products. For myself, it was my first time to use this product when I joined Progressa, but I don't find any problem when I use it.
We use Lucidchart in our group to share some documents and to present sometimes. We are also using it across the whole organization, but split with diff teams. We are using it to point at resolving the file sharing and presenting problems

  • Presenting.
  • Working on web pages can be view on every platforms including mobile.
  • Group permission management.
  • Abundant functions for creating and editing online.
  • Lost responses sometimes.
  • hierarchy management may have some issue.
  • Easy to use with a variety of functions.
I believe for some company, it is not very necessary to have a giant software bundle like Atlassian (Jira, bitbucket and confluences), what we need is just focus on charts and other docs. With that being said, a product with a good price will be considered.

Would you buy Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite again?

Yes

It's a free one compared with Lucidchart. I used it when I was a student. Of course, paid price means service evaluated, so we want to not only create and edit chart online but also a storage files plan. Lucidchart is a good choice for it.
It is a good to use if you have a good internet quality. As we work from home now, sometimes the network connection is interrupted, and that impact the experience of usage which I think it's acceptable.
