Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

This software allows any user to jump in and get going quickly the building blocks are easy to understand and the drag and drop nature of it make it easy to understand. It also functions similar to other design software. From a usability stand point anyone could jump in and get going.
We are using it in our design process to help better flush out user flows and web flows. We are also using it in our marketing to define funnels and email flows. It allows us to visually show what we are trying to accomplish to those who may not understand what we do.

  • Allow for collaboration between teams.
  • Speed to make an idea come to life.
  • Visual look and feel (everything looks a little too big)
  • Colors of things are too bold
  • Make it look more polished and refined
  • Speed to buy off.
  • Improved collaboration.
  • Improved understanding.
I personally haven't done much with the integrations so I can't speak to this.
I haven't needed to contact customer support.

In the UX design realm the flow of things are very important, and most people can't visualize things very well so Lucidchart allows us as a team to get buy off from key stakeholders on things quicker than just a rough sketch on a piece of paper. I can't think of a way our company wouldn't benefit from it.
