Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

It wasn't that easy, I had to view a few YouTubes to get started. I was not able to see some of the shapes, initially, it was a bit annoying, but once I figured it out, it worked well for me.
Lucidchart is easy to use, an intelligent diagramming application to create an easy workflow. I currently use it to create process swimlanes.
  • Heaps of FAQ's available.
  • Easy collaboration with peers.
  • Layout are greats.
  • Love the collaboration with Slack and Jira.
  • The shapes aren't as great the bpmn.
  • Would love to see better looking shapes and flowcharts.
  • It improves productivity.
Love the integration with Slack and Jira - makes it easy for me to conduct my sprint.
I find it easy to use once you get the hang of it. The integration, collaboration makes it easy to transfer and share your work.

Yes

Signavio, ARIS and Holocentric, these didn't have much of integration and collaboration.
It's online and easy to have collaboration with peers. I think this is really great. You really don't need to download any software for anyone to to review the diagrams for approvals, etc.
