Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

It’s very easy to use this tool. I have not had any learning issues. The initial tutorials are more than sufficient to complement our learning.
We use Lucidchart to map out processes and actors for new policies in the field of health and social protection. It is a great tool to visualise the variety of actors and processes involved in various policy environments and helps us understand overlap of responsibility. It has been very useful to quickly use Lucidchart to map out how new policies look.
  • Auto correction of alignments
  • Fonts
  • Variety of templates
  • Variety of shapes
  • Difficult to select some shapes/arrows unless I zoom in
  • The automatic creation of arrows is sometimes difficult to navigate.
  • You could have pre loaded colour palettes rather than the user having to select individual colours
  • Improved productivity
  • Saves me at least 4-5 hours navigating Microsoft powerpoint every week!
I have not tried any of these features.
My employers were ready to purchase the premium version when required.

Yes

This is great for building reports and presentations. It’s also amazing to conduct trainings. It’s possibly not the best tool for collaborative creation. It’s also slightly difficult to land on colour palettes that match externally created reports or presentations. Having colour palettes options to choose from would be very helpful in this regard!
