Overall Satisfaction with Lucidspark

Lucidspark is a really great visual tool. You can easily set out anything from project management plans to flow diagrams, making them look interesting, colorful and very easy to use. We are still fairly new to Lucidspark but can already see the benefits of using this tool and to share with other users to brainstorm ideas in one place. I hope that we can make more use of Lucidspark in the future.

It is very straight forward to use and is very intuitive. Anyone with even minor technical experience would find they could design something fairly quickly and help build on this over time. The choice of colours available is good, and being able to move things around on the screen easily makes it better of even the average user.
We use Google Suite in our organisation. The integration with this works really well, and we hope that we can continue to use this more in the future. We would also like to share this with other service areas in the Council so that we can work more collaboratively.
We are still fairly new to Lucidspark so have not had a great deal of experience collaborating with lots of people, but we would like to implement this further for use across the Council if we can get others onboard. Being such a big organisation this will not be easy, but hopefully when others see it they may be interested.
I have not had to contact support yet as we are still early users to the platform. I am sure when the time comes that we will get great support for the questions we need answered and being a solid package, I believe the support will be top class and will resolve any of our queries.

When compared to things like Google Jamboard, we found that Lucidspark gives us more options and flexibility to create a more engaging workspace for us and other users. Until we have used Lucidspark more we cannot give a definitive answer as yet as we are early users, but from initial use it is a very good platform.
Lucidspark works very well for setting out flow diagrams. You can easily branch off suggestions for users to work through to achieve an outcome. There is no limit to how much you can add, but the flexibility it provides is really good. We hope to use this more for process mapping.
