Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart
Lucidchart is primarily used for carving out high-level design, low-level design, database modeling, and very recently for Adhoc discussions post WFH for articulating our thoughts to a wider audience. I would recommend Lucidchart as a go-to tool for any team who deals with infrastructure, having to deal with frequency service development, design, building out continuous integration and delivery pipelines as well. I'm just reviewing Lucidspark and it already seems to be a potential fit for my white boarding needs as well! Go Lucidchart!

- Breadth (multiple cloud providers, multiple templates, different workstreams—like work responsibility, planning, sprint boarding stuff as well).
- Brilliant user experience.
- Zero clutter.
- Retro boards
- Public link (share with anyone who doesn't have a license yet).
- Edit access to non-licensed folks (based on owner's discretion).
- Time savings.
- Improved productivity.
- Foster collaboration.
