Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

We had a steep learning curve trying to find where all the tools are. However, once we found them it was easy to use.
We use Lucidchart to document our processes and create wireframe diagrams. Lucidchart makes it easy for us to share these documents across the organization.

The integration to DevOps was not what we imagined it to be. We hoped it would attach the charts directly into DevOps but we ended up having to copy and paste.
