Overall Satisfaction with Lucidspark
It's used for collaboration between teams. For example, between the Network team, Admin team, and the Architect team to ensure that the different components are being understood while configuring a VPN tunnel.

After creating the Kanban Board I am able to visually see the workflow and my progress. I am also intending to use it for personal use as well.
It has been very effective while discussing architectures with multiple teams. Assisted in creating Architecture diagrams. I am able to use it at ease and the performance has been good so far. I am recommending this to my teammates. I am impressed with the features it provided.

I am using Visio and other Microsoft products. I like Lucid chart for its performance, simplicity, easy to start using without much complicated Menus. The templates feature is really good and gets us started right away.
