Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

When I first got a link to work on a project, I almost instantly knew how to use everything. It might be because I have a history in IT but my coworkers also almost instantly knew what to do. But for less computer-savvy people it might be a little harder to figure out.
Just our department for all I know; we mostly use it to brainstorm. When brainstorming and researching, we write down information that connects and we use different colors for different issues. Because of Lucidchart, we don’t need paper and everyone can use their own computers or laptops which is really useful and saves a lot of time.

To me personally, it does not add any value other than Google for images. I can imagine it being valuable to other corporations or even other departments.
I have not yet used the support that Lucidchart offers. So, I can not comment on the support it offers. But if it is made as well as the rest of Lucidchart, I imagine it would be fine.

It is very useful for brainstorming and writing down connecting information, it is less useful for when you need to write a paper or a report. It is very useful for working from home, you can easily share a link and then work together from different places. It might be more useful to brainstorm on a whiteboard for when you work together in person.
