Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

Lucidchart is extremely easy to use, allowing you to get started creating charts straight away. The more complex functionality is also there if/when you need it.
We use Lucidchart to map out the business processes of our clients, and create a high level overview of how our models will function and what they will look like. We use it to collaborate with our team members, so that everyone can use the most up to date plans, and edit them together simultaneously[.]
  • Ease of use: It's extremely simple to get started, even with no experience
  • Collaborative: It has multiple functions to allow people to work together seamlessly
  • Flow Chart Mapping: One of the best tool out there to create flowcharts and process maps
  • It would be great if we could embed large charts directly into presentations, such as on PowerPoint or Google Slides
